Gove Sealed and Expunged Records
Sealed and expunged criminal court records are not ordinary public records. Sealed records are hidden from public access by statute or court order. Adult expungement is a court process. It is not the same as deleting every trace of a case from every government system.
Restricted Gove Criminal Records
